Our development at Ros na
hInse is one of our finest to date. A
selection of 8 different house types,
with a mix of detached and semi-detached
properties, are set in a much sought after
area on the outskirts of Carrick on Shannon.

| This was a small development of six semi-detached
houses constructed in 2001 in Ballinamore.
Ideally placed within walking distance of
the town and conveniently located beside
shops and local amenities. |

Rosog
|
| Rosog is a fine development of 22 houses,
with a mix of detached and semi-detached
properties. Designed by Noel Smith Architects
in Belturbet, these houses came to the market
at the beginning of the housing boom and
were a great boost to the local community
which had a limited opportunity for house
purchase at that time. |

| This was our first venture into the housing
market, built in 1998. This scheme was a
choice development of four detached homes,
which would now be much sought after given
the space afforded to each property and
the privacy of the development. Designed
by Tom Kelly Architect, Dublin, these houses
are within walking distance of Carrick on
Shannon. |
