Main contractor and PSCS on the refurbishment of the entire first floor of Nazareth House, a protected structure. Project involved complete overhaul of services in the building, M&E, wall finishes, upgrading to meet fire and disabled access regulations, new internal wall layouts, refurbish existing ext and int joinery and fire proofing.
